Not New, But Of Interest

All of these are quite old , but I haven’t seen them listed here.

NRK has a plethora of videos that feature Alexander. They are Internet videos not flv. It is best to view them online. If they are downloaded and viewed in Realplayer, the sound is great, but the video is jerky like a series of pictures rather than a true video.

Precious interview done between Norway semifinal (Feb 7) and final (Feb 21). Such incredible facial expressions. Stay with the Darwinian biologist that follows him. Alexander’s talent is an example, I think. . It would be really nice if someone could translate this

I kveld – Feb 3, 09 (before Norway MGP semifinal) – The Song from a Secret Garden video comes from this Christian Strand interview. There’s a first part, at 6:57 is the music, then a blank dark space, and the intereview continues with Alexander and his piano accompanist at 10:46 -- What about Stevie Wonder?

Final 2 is lots of fun – This is the final four. Alex nerves on display as Stenerud (4:56) and Tone (10:45) are announced as final four. At 16:00 Alex is announced.
The voting is nothing short of inspiring -- And you get Alex’s reactions – Jury vote at 38:38, Popular vote at 45:00, and win at 52:00. Final victorious Fairytale at 56:35
Whenever I’m down I go to minute 45:00 and watch it again! Wowser! Very inspiring

Alexander’s Birthday Revenge – Alex turns tables on pretty reporter. Question: Is there a conflict of interest when reporter and subject are blatantly flirting? Adele Cappelen Blystad is the reporter. She’s written a number of articles about Alex.

Kjempesjansen Nov. 2006 with Alex interacting with Dan Borge and the two female judges. It’s a nice counterpoint to the Norwegian Idol judges. The judges are laughing again, but besides being personally charmed there’s outstanding praise.
