Alexander Rybak, 23 - playing the man who put a whole world at his feet - have found the trick that no other violinist could dream of.
-Lifting of Friskis & Svettis. It is the spice that makes my show exciting. I can´t get more confidence, "he says.
Three years ago, Alexander had his license gyminstructor. In the beginning it was easy to book instruction time with him on F & S in Vika in Oslo. Today, it is not. Alexander has taken time off from instructor partner at Friskis & Svettis to become a world artist.

Alexander was yet encountered so coiled queues of mainly teenage girls and mothers are endless. Even world-renowned violinists such as Pinchas Zukerman, pleased to cooperate with the 23-year-old, President Lukashenko in Belarus flatter old home with a tribute concert at Alexander's honor. How does your workout affect your music?
I get sour and aggressive when I can not work out. Training gives me better balance and I have more physical strength during the concerts. I radiate more energy.

How often do you work during the tours?
Too rarely. But I do some push-ups and sit-ups when I get time. And sit-downs ... Often I'm training without knowing it. For example, bicycles to and from the beach, preening at the house or working in the garden.

What do you work?
Under normal circumstances I will vary between spinning and weight training and exercise 4-5 times a week.
Most importantly, chest, back and arms.

Why did you choose to train at Friskis & Svettis?
In my industry there are many no-sayers who see me as a little kid and is skeptical about my ideas. Therefore, it is so good at Friskis & Svettis where all rooting for me and I experience a

He was in Cologne on tuesday and he slept there, but instead of going to Norway, directly, on wednesday 2nd, he came to Berlin, where he had lunch and meeting with 24 ladies from the Rybaks Facebookies. We were promised one hour of his time, but he actually spent 2.5 hours with us, together with Dan, his tourmanager.
